What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in software or data engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency for effective communication.
• Four-year college degree completion.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and data infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience as a technical anchor and team leader.
• Proficient in designing complex backend data structures.
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure management experience.

• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams and large systems.
