A Day In The Life

• Architect and oversee ETL/ELT processes leveraging tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Apache Spark to enable scalable data integration
• Design and optimize database solutions, applying strong SQL skills and expertise in relational and dimensional modeling
• Lead the adoption and implementation of modern data lakehouse platforms, including Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Data Fabric
• Define and enforce data warehousing strategies and best practices to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability
• Apply programming proficiency in Python or Scala to support data engineering and advanced analytics initiatives
• Champion data governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data architecture with business objectives and emerging technology trends
