Job Overview

As a Portfolio Expert, Software and Control, you will amplify the Software & Control portfolio and serve as a primary technical advocate to drive specification wins and accelerate adoption across strategic accounts.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advocate for Software & Control portfolio.
• Provide technical guidance to various teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Execute New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
• Support distributors and integrators in delivering solutions.
• Collaborate with Global Product Managers for market insights.
• Participate in customer events to increase awareness.

The Essentials

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
• 7+ years in industrial automation/software experience.
• Experience winning specifications in industrial environments.
• Strong PoC execution and NPI support.
• Legal authorization to work in Chile.
• Advanced Spanish and business-proficient English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

The Preferred

• Experience with specific Rockwell technologies and platforms.
• Knowledge of process control concepts.
• Experience with IT/OT convergence initiatives.
