Purpose of the Role

• Guarantee a seamless production flow, balancing production capacity with market demand.
• Optimize resource utilization and minimize material and time losses.
• Support management with data-driven operational decisions.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update short- and medium-term production plans based on raw material availability, production capacity, and sales demand.
• Monitor production plan execution, analyze deviations, and implement corrections.
• Coordinate information flow between production, warehouse, purchasing, and sales.
• Optimize schedules to minimize downtime, raw material losses, and overproduction.
• Analyze production line performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare reports on production capacity utilization and cost analysis.
• Collaborate with the quality department to ensure compliance with standards.
• Control inventory levels and plan deliveries.
• Participate in planning technical stoppages and maintenance.
• Support production cost planning and reporting on OEE and KPI indicators.
  
  

Projects You’ll Work On

• Implementation of production planning and monitoring systems (Excel, ERP, MD).
• Improving information flow between planning and production.
• Optimizing production line schedules and utilization.
• Supporting production reporting and cost analysis.
• Participating in efficiency improvement and LEAN implementation projects.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Master’s degree (technical, logistics, or economics).
• 1–2 years in a similar position; 2–5 years total work experience.
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• English at B2 level (C1 is an asset).
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, MS O365, ERP XL, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with ERP integration in production (e.g., MES or WMS).
• Ability to analyze production data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Knowledge of production, inventory, and raw materials balancing.
• Experience in food industry production planning, Lean/5S/OEE tools, or ERP/MES implementation is a plus.
