Our Opportunity
The People Partner is responsible for support our operations in Santiago and regional sites. This role partners directly with leaders across logistics, depots, and operational teams to drive core HR processes, employee experience, and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
- Partner with Site Managers and Leaders to deploy the People Strategy and lead core HR cycles (MPACT, ASR, promotions, succession).
- Support workforce forecasting, headcount planning, and labor cost control, partnering with Talent Acquisition for hiring and organizational updates.
- Manage investigations, whistleblowers, and ER cases; ensure full legal and policy compliance; support audits and inspections.
- Lead town halls, focus groups, and site visits; strengthen culture; analyze turnover/overtime/absenteeism and recommend actions.
- Provide 1:1 coaching to operational leaders on HR processes, ER matters, staffing needs, feedback, and organizational health.
- Visit operational sites to reinforce HR presence, review practices, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across People processes.
Who We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in HR, including 2+ years as HRBP
- Experience in logistics, operations, depots, or large‑scale industrial environments
- Strong stakeholder management, humility, teamwork, and adaptability
- Solid ER experience + ability to handle investigations
- KPI-driven mindset (turnover, overtime, absenteeism)
- English fluency is required.
- Power BI basic, Workday preferred
- Availability to travel to different cities across the country.
