Responsibilities
Strabag Chile is looking for professionals to cover its People & Culture Coordinator/Recruiter positions in Santiago, Calama and Rancagua. The role will report directly to the People & Culture Partner and will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the entire recruitment process to attract the best talent and filling the open positions in the company.
- Supporting the People & Culture Partner to implement the development processes in projects/central office such as onboarding, exit interviews, performance management and training.
- Reporting of P&C KPIs to the People & Culture Partner.
- Assisting in the implementation of change and digitalization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 4 years in similar HR roles, desirable in Construction companies.
- Strong knowledge of Organizational Development, Recruitment and Selection, User Support, and Training.
- Advanced level proficiency in Excel.
- Upper-intermediate level proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
