About the Role
We are seeking a motivated People & Culture professional to support the implementation of strategic initiatives focused on Talent Management.
You will play a key role in projects related to organizational development, talent attraction, and employer branding, collaborating with different teams and contributing to the growth of our corporate culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the People & Culture Partner in implementing development processes across sites, including onboarding, exit surveys, training, and talent management, while answering employee queries.
- Assist in the development and execution of Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies, ensuring efficient implementation aligned with Group standards.
- Lead or support Recruitment & Selection processes, ensuring policy compliance and attracting highly qualified professionals and technicians.
- Collaborate with managers and leadership teams to identify development needs, such as future hiring, evaluations, and training initiatives.
- Support the creation of reports and KPIs for the processes you manage.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Recruitment, or related areas is highly valued.
- Proficient in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and quick to learn new systems.
- Strong teamwork, proactive mindset, service orientation, and excellent communication skills.
