About The Role

We are seeking a Payroll Functional Lead to oversee payroll operations for the AMER region, ensuring compliance and optimizing systems.

What You’ll Do

• Lead payroll operations for the AMER region, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop payroll policies and documentation.
• Coordinate payroll-related reports and filings.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll issues.
• Conduct audits of payroll processes.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations.
• Support knowledge sharing across the payroll function.

Qualifications

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

• 7+ years in HR with 5+ years in Payroll.
• Experience in complex, international environments.
• Knowledge of HRIS and data management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Degree in accounting, Finance, or Human Resources.
• Deep knowledge of AMER payroll regulations.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a strong asset.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPP certification.
• Experience with multinational payroll.
