The Role & Team

As a Payroll Consultant, you will be integral to our Americas Payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely salary distribution. If you enjoy working with numbers and resolving issues collaboratively, this is a great opportunity for you. Our team is dedicated to continuous improvement, providing various growth opportunities within our HR department.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate payroll inputs.
• Manage electronic timekeeping systems or review timesheets.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records in payroll systems.
• Ensure data consistency across HR and payroll systems.
• Process payroll when required.
• Facilitate HR supplier payments.
• Keep SOPs and checklists updated.
• Perform data integrity checks pre-payroll.
• Propose process improvements.
• Assist with audit requests.
• Generate payroll reports as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Payroll/HR/Finance Operations, especially across multiple US states or LATAM region
• Understanding of HR and Finance processes
• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
• Experience with ADP or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Solid organizational and time-management skills
• Fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese preferred
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Teamwork and results-driven approach
