About The Job

We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

We're expanding into an exciting new area: teaching AI Assistant models to be a more useful tool for finance professionals. Experienced finance professionals with advanced degrees (MBA+) or real-world experience are encouraged to apply.

In This Role, You May

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to questions about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Leverage your education and work experience to check the reasoning and accuracy of an AI Assistant's work
• Push the models with complex, real-world scenarios and edge cases to see where their reasoning holds up
• Share clear, structured feedback to make each new version of the AI smarter and more reliable

• Projects pay hourly from $50-$60 USD, with bonus rates for some

Responsibilities

• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (bilingual-level proficiency)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, data analysis, and finance management reasoning exercises
• A Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not required
