Partner Manager
The Uber Ads team is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join as a founding member of our growing Ad Sales organization. In this role, you will help build strong, mutually beneficial advertising partnerships with some of our most important restaurant brands while contributing to the growth and evolution of the Ads business.
You will work closely with Client Partners and cross-functional stakeholders to define and execute account management strategies for a portfolio of leading global and regional brands. Through thoughtful collaboration and data-driven insights, you will support adoption of Uber's advertising solutions across Mobility and Delivery surfaces, helping partners achieve meaningful marketing and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with Ads Sales teams to develop and execute restaurant advertising strategies that align with partner objectives and exceed quarterly growth targets
- Build trusted relationships with key marketing decision-makers across brand, digital, and agency teams
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner's marketing goals, challenges, and success metrics, proactively recommending tailored solutions
- Participate in internal kickoff calls to align on campaign objectives, technical specifications, and execution requirements
- Monitor campaign performance proactively, identifying opportunities or risks and driving timely solutions
- Coordinate campaign launches, ongoing management, and reporting while setting clear expectations and maintaining strong stakeholder communication
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and grow investment through clear, data-backed insights and recommendations
- Apply a strong analytical mindset to surface trends and translate performance data into meaningful partner narratives
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback, challenges, and product opportunities with internal product and operations teams
- Contribute to scalable best-practice playbooks that support Ads adoption across restaurant partners
- Navigate complex partner conversations with critical thinking, empathy, and creative problem-solving
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end digital advertising account management supporting enterprise or large-scale clients
- Demonstrated experience managing complex advertising campaigns for sophisticated brands
- Strong track record of building relationships with senior marketing stakeholders, digital advertising managers, and agency partners
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear and actionable recommendations
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and independently drive solutions
- Comfort working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments while managing ambiguity and competing priorities
- Ability to use data effectively to quantify opportunities and influence decision-making
- Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience using SQL or other programming tools to support deeper analysis
- Familiarity with AI tools that improve workflow efficiency and productivity
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and strategic problem-solving capabilities
- A resourceful, results-oriented approach with comfort operating in dynamic and evolving environments
