Overview

We are building online courses aimed at both professionals and non-technical specialists who want to develop their soft skills, management capabilities, and practical AI literacy for everyday work.

Role Responsibilities

• Mentor students in 1-on-1 video sessions to guide them through complex concepts and provide personalized support.
• Facilitate engaging live Q&A sessions for real-time student interaction.
• Lead webinars and workshops to cover course topics effectively.
• Support orientation and graduation sessions for students.
• Provide asynchronous support through course chat channels.
• Adapt and enhance learning materials to better fit student needs.
• Collaborate with the course team to improve the learning experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years in digital-focused roles.
• Experience delivering online training, especially in soft skills.
• Ability to host interactive virtual sessions and webinars.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Flexible availability of 10-15 hours per week.
• Willingness to work weekends when necessary.
• Interest in long-term cooperation.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Understanding of motivational design principles.
• Coaching certification.
• Experience with AI-driven tools.
• Educational technology background.
