Job Title: Order Entry Clerk - Backoffice
Responsibilities: Enter orders received from Field Sales Representatives, Customer Service Representatives, and Customers.Provide assistance in all activities related to the department.Research previous customer records.Interpret and enter orders based on established product codes and procedures into AS400.Confirm pricing and product offerings within line guide specifications.Initial assignment will be product-specific; additional training in other product areas and special projects is required.Job Requirements: Computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer).Good verbal and written communication skills.Good interpersonal skills.The ability to work well both individually and in a team environment is required.Required: High School diploma or College Student.Interpersonal communication, listening skills, and attention to detail both written and verbal.On-site position; must live in Santiago.Preferred: 3-5 years of data entry experience.Available for overtime.About Jostens:
