About The Role
The Driver Growth team's mission is to build the engine that powers supply. As an Operations Manager within the Driver Growth team, you will lead regional efforts to scale our earner base and maintain our 2-wheeler driver diversity. You will diagnose onboarding bottlenecks, optimize earner incentives, and deliver solutions to enhance our supply base.
What You'll Do
- Strategic Supply Ownership: Lead regional initiatives to scale 2-wheeler Premium supply across LatAm, identifying bottlenecks and prioritizing projects aligned with long-term objectives.
- Project Management & Execution: Organize complex projects with cross-functional teams, defining timelines, deliverables, and resource allocations.
- Growth Lever Efficiency: Activate key levers to onboard and incentivize drivers for different products while balancing acquisition with sustainable growth.
- Data Analysis & Diagnostic Rigor: Dive into data for insights on Premium Portfolio growth, driver pain points, and actionable supply plans.
- Performance Monitoring & Diagnostics: Maintain engagement and performance metrics, forecasting and monitoring OKRs to spot operational gaps.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead product forums ensuring stakeholder alignment on driver growth targets.
- Product Advocacy for Earners: Act as the voice of the LatAm market, proposing features to improve driver experience.
- Process Optimization: Implement and scale analyses and processes across LatAm, regularly reviewing performance for quality standards.
What You'll Need
- Education: Open to all backgrounds.
- Experience: 2 - 4 years in professional roles.
- Data-Driven Mentality: Strategic decisions based on analysis.
- Communication: Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish and English with presentation skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in diverse teams.
- Executional Excellence: Manage complex operations effectively.
- Planning & Organization: Plan complex projects with clear specifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, big techs, or startups.
- SQL knowledge.
- Certifications in Six Sigma, Change Management, or Project Management.
