Required:

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics or business consulting.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.

Preferred:

• Experience in high-growth tech industries.
• Proficiency in Python or analytics tools.
