About the Job
We’re looking for a tech-comfortable and proactive Operations Planner to lead one of our most important challenges: anticipating demand and ensuring we’re ready to meet it — with the right inventory, at the right time.
You’ll turn forecasts into action, providing the data and tools that guide purchasing and strengthen our supply chain. From Google Sheets to dashboards, automations, and AI, you'll use the right tech to streamline planning and improve decision-making. This role is perfect for someone curious, hands-on, and always looking to improve — someone who doesn't wait for the data, but goes after it, connects it, and puts it to work.
You’ll report to the VP of Operations & Quality and work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to help us scale our planning systems as we grow.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Language Proficiency
- English level B2 (High-Intermediate) required, C1 (Advanced) preferred: You’ll need strong written and verbal skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
- Proven experience in data analysis, process improvements, or cost optimization within an operational environment.

- Proficiency in forecasting and inventory management tools.
- Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with tools for automation, data visualization, and process optimization.
- Ability to design or improve internal tools that save time and increase efficiency.
- Experience or interest in using AI tools for planning, reporting, or operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
1. Demand and Inventory Planning
- Develop, maintain, and communicate demand forecasts for finished goods in alignment with company objectives and market requirements.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to analyze sales forecasts, identify demand variability, and adjust plans as needed.
- Manage and optimize raw material planning based on production schedules, ensuring optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages and/or overstock.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities within the supply chain.
- Prepare and present reports on KPIs related to efficiency, cost control, productivity, and quality.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
3. Cost Management and Budgeting
- Assist in the development and management of the Operations budget, focusing on cost optimization across the supply chain.
- Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost savings while ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Support strategic planning initiatives to meet corporate objectives and key results.
4. Process Improvement Projects
- Lead and support process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and supply chain performance.
- Propose, design, and implement new tools or optimize existing systems for demand planning, inventory control, and data management.
- Track project milestones, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery, communicating progress to stakeholders.
