The Operations Officer will conduct technical and administrative oversight of projects executed both internally and by external vendors across security, general services, food services, hospitality,

Preferred Qualifications And Experience

• Technical or professional degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, or related.
• Proven experience in service companies, operations, general services, maintenance, or vendor management, with a strong emphasis on customer service (Internal/External).
• 10 year of experience in operations and leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Intermediate English level.
  
  

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Process and Procedure Development
• Design, document, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for general services, maintenance, and security.
• Standardize operational processes, creating clear and traceable workflows.
• Develop protocols, instructions, and records associated with operational management.
• Vendor Monitoring and Control
• Supervise and provide technical/administrative follow-up on work performed by external providers.
• Review contract compliance, deadlines, service quality, and scope of work.
• Prepare vendor performance reports and propose improvements or adjustments as needed.
• Preventive Management and Planning
• Support the implementation of preventive plans in maintenance, general services, and security.
• Collaborate in the planning of both preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Identify operational risks and propose control or mitigation measures.
• Comprehensive Operational Support
• Provide technical and administrative support to Operations Leadership.
• Coordinate actions between different departments and vendors to ensure service continuity.
• Support operational incident management and the search for timely solutions.
• Maintain management records, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department.
