Position Overview
The Operations Systems Admin is vital in shaping operations by designing and implementing systems for efficiency and scalability across both human and digital workers.
Responsibilities
- Manage user access and role changes efficiently.
- Oversee credentialing workflows ensuring compliance.
- Act as the main contact for access requests.
- Triage low-complexity tickets and escalate where necessary.
- Maintain access records and support audits.
Qualifications
Required
- 2-4 years in Operations or IT support.
- Familiarity with SaaS administration and access control.
- Strong organizational skills.
Preferred
- Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Knowledge of automation tools.
Compensation
Salary range: $27.200.000—$32.000.000 CLP in Santiago, Chile. Additional benefits include medical coverage, learning reimbursement, and flexible vacation.
