Onsite IT Support Technician

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite support for end-user devices, including PCs, RF scanners, Wi-Fi access points, printers, and collaboration tools.
  • Handle 2nd and 3rd level desktop and infrastructure support via ServiceNow tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Act as local coordinator for hardware/software rollouts and updates.
  • Maintain accurate asset records in the central CMDB and manage lifecycle updates.
  • Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
  • Support VIP users with enhanced service delivery.
  • Participate in projects and contribute to process improvements across regions.
  • Provide remote or onsite support for other locations as needed, including occasional travel.
  • Join the on-call rotation to ensure business continuity.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of IT support experience in large, global organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11, VPN, Citrix, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Familiarity with WLAN/Wi-Fi setup, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure components.
  • Hands-on experience with collaboration tools (Teams Rooms, video conferencing).
  • Basic server and network troubleshooting skills.
  • ITIL Foundation certification or understanding of service delivery concepts.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency and ownership.
