Onsite IT Support Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for end-user devices, including PCs, RF scanners, Wi-Fi access points, printers, and collaboration tools.
- Handle 2nd and 3rd level desktop and infrastructure support via ServiceNow tickets, ensuring SLA compliance.
- Act as local coordinator for hardware/software rollouts and updates.
- Maintain accurate asset records in the central CMDB and manage lifecycle updates.
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements.
- Support VIP users with enhanced service delivery.
- Participate in projects and contribute to process improvements across regions.
- Provide remote or onsite support for other locations as needed, including occasional travel.
- Join the on-call rotation to ensure business continuity.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of IT support experience in large, global organizations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, VPN, Citrix, mobile devices, and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Familiarity with WLAN/Wi-Fi setup, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure components.
- Hands-on experience with collaboration tools (Teams Rooms, video conferencing).
- Basic server and network troubleshooting skills.
- ITIL Foundation certification or understanding of service delivery concepts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency and ownership.
