Assume and live the Red Bull OP culture. Art of Musketeering spirit at the base of all action. Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product in front of the team and the On Premise Network. Monitor image standards regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull.
CONSUMER MARKETING Development of initiatives and the translation of national campaigns into the On Premise Delivery of scalable and highly impactful initiatives which are all designed to win consumers, build consumption habits and build the Red Bull brand. Ideation, creation and activation of consumer facing Red Bull events Strong collaboration with marketing teams (brand, culture, sports, Red Bull Media Network). INDUSTRY MARKETING
Initiatives and concepts (from events to experiences, incentives and others) that increase share of mind with industry stakeholders including venue (bar) staff, decision makers, owners and influencers, all resulting into increased sales. Develop performance driving concepts that will be engaging for the industry, resulting in higher share of mind and overall sales in accounts and at events. Ensure a strong and effective network with external agencies, key influencers, national decision makers, event organizers and the local scene searching for new collaboration opportunities.
TRADE MARKETING DEVELOPMENT
Development and design of POS materials, as well as creating the Perfect Store concept for the various On-Premise sales channels.
CONSUMPTION OCCASIONS STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
Develop strategies for consumption occasions by researching habits to define where and how we are available.
Tus áreas de conocimiento y experiencia que más importan para este rol:
- 2+ years experience working in marketing with sales experience preferred.
- Event management skills required.
- Experience in On Premise environment preferred.
- People leadership/management experience preferred.
- Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.
- Strategic and innovative. Have commercial awareness and acumen (understanding of sales and finance processes).
- High planning, prioritisation and organisational ability.
- Strong analytical skills (analyse consumer, sales and customer data).
- Excellent communication, negotiation and active listening.
- Ability to work flexible hours (nights and weekends).
- Working knowledge of IOS and MS Office.
