Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our growing team in Chile. This role is perfect for someone early in their office management or administrative career, who is eager to take on new challenges and help ensure smooth daily operations.
As Office Manager, you will support the general administration of the office, assist with logistical and facilities coordination, and help foster a positive work environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to keep everything running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- :Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the offic
- eManage office supplies and inventory; coordinate with vendors for procuremen
- tAssist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and internal event
- sEnsure a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace for all employee
- sHelp onboard new hires by preparing workstations, equipment, and acces
