Are you experienced in Radio Access Networks and passionate about network optimization? We are looking for a skilled RF Optimization Engineer to join ZTE’s team through a contract with an external partner.

Professional Profile

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, IT, or related field
• Strong understanding of CS/PS/RAN technologies, handovers, and RF algorithms
• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Great communicator and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of transmission, CORE, and TCP/IP networks
• Familiar with Windows/UNIX systems
• English fluency is required
• Experience with multi-vendor equipment is a plus!

Main Responsibilities

1. Take full ownership of cluster acceptance (SSV, CSV, drive test analysis, etc.)
2. Ensure post-swap coverage control and improve degraded KPIs
3. Perform load balancing and monitor QoS performance of new sites
4. Troubleshoot KPI degradations, analyze logs, and solve RF optimization issues
5. Launch DT & CQT tests, interpret measurement results
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer inquiries
7. Provide reports, ensure smooth integration, and escalate issues when needed
