Role Requirements

• Junior-mid level (Must-have)
• Friendly, customer-centric attitude (Must-have)
• 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically running and testing fiber, ideally in a data center (Must-have)
• Strong understanding of fiber and cabling standards (Must-have)
• Bilingual: strong English and Spanish (Must-have)
• Certifications: CCNA, JNCIA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent (Must-have)
• Experience with wireless deployments and survey tools (Must-have)

About The Role

As a Network Field Technician (Tier 2), you will independently install, test, and troubleshoot fiber network infrastructure at a client data center site in Santiago. You will work closely with Project Managers and Network Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy network hardware including switches, routers, wireless access points, and cabling systems
• Perform fiber termination and troubleshooting
• Interpret network diagrams to execute deployments accurately
• Document work completed and site conditions

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with fiber
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Bilingual: English and Spanish
• Physically fit for demanding work environments

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications
• Experience in enterprise or data center environments

Logistics

Location: Santiago, Chile. Full-time, on-site position. No equity or visa sponsorship offered.
