What You’ll Be Doing
As a Prime Named Account Executive (AE), you will lead the sales journey, driving complex, strategic transactions. Our flagship innovation leverages real-time data to reimagine Customer 360, enabling businesses to create awe-inspiring customer interactions at scale. Your mission will be to develop a Destination Team distinguished by its supportive and inclusive culture, operational excellence, teamwork, commitment to professional development, and consistent performance.
- Customer Acquisition: Set and execute an aggressive strategy to generate strong annual growth in revenue and bookings.
- Forecasting: Set proper expectations and forecast your business accurately.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
- Quota Attainment: Hold yourself and your team accountable to quota attainment. Meet and exceed pipeline generation and sales goals.
- Relationship Building: Establish trusted relationships with key corporate teams including industry marketing, product development, field and industry marketing, strategic operations, product management, and recruiting.
- Operational Excellence: Implement an effective operating model and ensure internal processes are followed. Drive adoption and utilization of our sales methodology and our sales and marketing systems and tools.
- Team Alignment: Align and coordinate product, customer success, and services teams to deliver incredible success for our customers.
- Market Awareness: Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
- Customer Relationships: Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for expanding MM business. Define new processes and programs to increase overall productivity and results.
- 8+ years of experience as an Account Executive/Sales Manager with leadership experience.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal, and referenceable customers.
- Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization.
- Experience leading comprehensive pipeline generation strategy and execution.
- Strong operational and analytical abilities.
- Sales experience and revenue achievement selling complex software offerings primarily at the C-level.
- Strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performing sales organization.
- Clear and structured career path into senior and management positions within the company.
