Responsibilities

• Develop and launch cross-platform apps with Flutter and React Native.
• Manage the release pipeline, including builds and submissions.
• Integrate apps with real backends, handling various data flows.
• Utilize coding agents for efficient development while reviewing outputs.
• Test applications on real devices and analyze crash reports.
• Connect apps with Supabase and Firebase for backend services.
• Monitor performance metrics like load times and resource usage.
• Collaborate directly with product owners and designers without intermediaries.

Requirements

• 3+ years in mobile development with 5+ launched apps.
• Experience with agentic development practices.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and key development principles.
• Proficiency in REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with app store submission and policies.
• Knowledge of platform conventions and security measures.
• Ability to proactively catch failure modes before QA.
