We are actively searching for a Proposal Manager to guide key proposals and presentations, ensuring compliance and creativity in our mining team. This role demands leadership and exceptional writing skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development ensuring compliance and persuasive messaging.
• Provide support for capture managers, facilitating successful strategies.
• Prepare teams for interviews and reviews.
• Analyze and leverage insights for proposal enhancement.
• Monitor compliance with authority guidelines and project management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 8 years of experience or equivalent education.
• Experience in environmental, infrastructure, or mining proposals.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
