At Brazoderecho, we are looking for a MineStar Suite Applications Engineer. Hybrid work mode required: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday in person (Las Condes, Santiago); Tuesday and Thursday remote. Required Skills: Experience in Mine Operations related to Autonomy Fleet Management Applications.Strong technical knowledge of MineStar Suite, with a focus on: MineView (Komatsu), MineStar (Finning), Command (Finning), Fleet (Finning), Health (Finning), and Terrain (Finning).Experience with .NET, C#, Power BI.Familiarity with SQL Server and ETL.Strong understanding of MS Windows Services and Servers.Python knowledge is a plus.Nice to Have: Strong collaboration and time management skills.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and writing skills.Solid stakeholder engagement and data analysis skills.Previous experience in the mining industry is highly desirable.Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory.ITIL knowledge is a plus.Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, and Jira.Expected Position Activities: Provide support, troubleshooting, and resolution for both standard and non-standard software/application issues.Develop and enhance application features and performance to optimize business operations.Ensure optimal performance and user experience of the application.Please apply with your resume in English.
