The Work You'll Do

As a Middle Java Developer at Sovos, you'll be more than a coder -- you'll be a technical leader and problem solver who transforms complex compliance challenges into elegant, scalable solutions. In this role, you'll guide development teams through the full software lifecycle while building cutting-edge applications.

More Specifically, You Will

• Build a collaborative partnership within your Scrum Team while being a technical advisor to the Product Manager.
• Participate in development, testing, and deployment of software applications.
• Champion a culture of code quality and continual learning and growth.
• Conduct peer code reviews.
• Troubleshoot issues and bugs within your application of expertise.

What We Need From You

• 2-3 years of software engineering experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and microservices.
• Intermediate English skills.
