How You'll Make an Impact

As a Mid Market Onboarding Coach, you will empower our mid-market customers, guiding them through implementation and training. With your hospitality operations experience, you'll help design processes that allow hoteliers to focus on their guests.

What You Bring to the Team

• 4+ years of operational experience in hospitality.
• Expertise in hotel operations, especially related to various management systems.
• Proven ability in emotional intelligence, engaging with customers at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.

What Sets You Up for Success

• Experience in SaaS onboarding or customer success.
• Agility in adopting new technology and tools.
• Experience with hospitality technology solutions preferred.

Bonus Skills to Stand Out

• Experience with multi-property or complex hospitality operations.
