Role Description Join our solutions team in Santiago to work with advanced flotation technology and contribute to the development and implementation of Jameson Cells, with exposure to IsaMill and Albion technologies. Your main responsibilities include training, supporting site teams with Jameson Cell test work, commissioning technologies, and assisting senior metallurgists and clients in planning and interpreting test work. The role involves up to 60-80% domestic and international travel and working at mine site elevations up to 5000 m. Responsibilities Design, oversee, and assist with test work programs on mine sites and laboratories. Provide ongoing support to technology users and stakeholders. Offer technical assistance and training for commissioning. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Experience and Skills +5 years' experience operating flotation circuits on a mine site or laboratory. Experience with Jameson cell technology preferred. Additional experience in grinding, stirred milling, and hydrometallurgy advantageous.
