Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mental Health Specialist located in Santiago. The Mental Health Specialist will support employees through mental health care provision, conduct evaluations, and deliver counseling services.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include managing individual cases, performing psychological assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention support as needed. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote mental health initiatives and raise awareness about well-being within the organization.

Qualifications Required

• Proficiency in Mental Health Care and Mental Health support practices
• Strong expertise in Psychology and Case Management
• Experience in delivering effective Crisis Intervention strategies
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of relevant mental health regulations and confidentiality standards
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Professional licensure or certification to practice within Chile is required
• Experience working in occupational health or corporate mental wellness programs is a plus
