What You'll Do

• Drive Global Marketplace Health: Take charge of the marketplace health, proactively identifying and resolving issues across regions to keep supply and demand balanced.
• Collaborate with the Best: Work closely with Product and Regional Operations teams to align on new tech launches and best business practices, ensuring seamless execution across the globe.
• Make Data Work for You: Leverage your data analysis skills to provide actionable insights, influencing product teams to make decisions that enhance the platform and set the business up for success
• Build Powerful Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with both local and global teams, communicating findings that support critical decision-making.

What You'll Need

Basic Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Operations, consulting, data analysis, or related fields.
• English proficiency
• Expertise in Excel and SQL or Python, with the ability to present data clearly to various audiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
