Marketing Specialist (Wisualarm)
This hands-on, creative position focuses on driving brand growth, managing digital communities, and executing impactful events for Wisualarm. Candidates should have experience in developing social media strategies, creating engaging visual and written content, and coordinating marketing events. A good design sensibility and project management experience in a fast-paced, global environment are also welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the marketing plan for Wisualarm, aligning with regional and global strategies.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and activations.
- Design marketing materials to ensure a consistent brand identity.
- Monitor campaign and social media performance for optimization.
- Build and maintain a network of suppliers for promotional items.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to support business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 2–3 years of proven marketing or social media management experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and content creation expertise.
- Experience managing social media platforms and paid campaigns.
- Event coordination and vendor management experience.
- Excellent organizational skills under pressure.
- Willingness to travel within Chile.
- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
- Network of suppliers for branded merchandise is a plus.
