Job Purpose

This position serves as a center of excellence for proposal development, focusing on supporting business units by managing proposal processes and production.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate the development of proposals and client presentations.
• Determine scope of work and manage production schedules.
• Collaborate with proposal managers to ensure client needs are met.
• Lead kickoff meetings and proposal reviews.
• Ensure compliance with proposal standards throughout development.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and four years of related experience.
• Effective communication skills with various audiences.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in English, marketing, or communications preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
