We're looking for a remote Marketing Performance & AI Insights Analyst to transform raw data into strategic growth insights that drive real business decisions. This isn't just about building dashboards for reporting—we need someone who extracts knowledge from data and makes recommendations that directly impact our business trajectory.
In this role, you'll be the analytical brain behind our marketing performance optimization efforts.
You'll uncover growth opportunities from complex datasets, analyze experiment effectiveness, and provide insights that guide internal teams and external agency partners toward better results. You'll work across all touchpoints—website visitors, LinkedIn interactions, Google Ads clicks, email subscribers—creating automated workflows that turn every interaction into actionable intelligence.
While this role focuses on marketing performance initially, there's a longer-term growth opportunity into broader business intelligence across the organization—potentially becoming our resident BI expert supporting all departments with data governance, custom intelligence tools, and AI-powered insights.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, performance insights, growth experimentation, or data-driven marketing strategy roles. You thrive on turning complex data into actionable insights, extracting meaningful learnings from A/B tests and growth experiments that inform future strategy. You're adaptable with tools and platforms, knowing that insight extraction matters more than specific technology. You're comfortable working with CRM data, tracking funnel velocity, and providing guidance to internal teams and external agencies. Most importantly, you're naturally curious and proactive.
Your performance will be measured by improved funnel conversion rates (MQL→SQL→Opportunity), reduced cost per lead, faster experiment velocity with measurable lift, AI-driven efficiency gains, and strategic insights that accelerate pipeline growth.
You'll be part of our GTM tribe's Demand Generation pod, work cross-functionally and report directly to the Head of Demand Generation.
You'll be doing things like:
- Strategic Data Analysis & Insights: Extract actionable insights from performance data across website visits, LinkedIn interactions, Google Ads, and email touchpoints; identify growth opportunities across MQL-to-SQL conversion paths; make strategic recommendations to improve CPL, CTR, and conversion rates; present insights to stakeholders in clear, action-oriented formats
- Performance Dashboard Development: Build strategic dashboards tracking marketing KPIs from website visits to pipeline contribution; create automated workflows that capture maximum information from every interaction; ensure CRM data accuracy and attribution alignment across all channels; monitor performance to identify trends and opportunities
- Growth Experiment Design & Analysis: Design A/B and multivariate tests across paid channels, landing pages, email campaigns, and organic touchpoints; lead experimentation initiatives including hypothesis design and conversion optimization; document learnings to build repeatable playbooks; foster continuous learning culture
- AI Implementation & Process Automation: Research and pilot AI tools for targeting and content generation; automate insight generation from campaign data and customer behavior; implement predictive modeling for lead scoring and conversion forecasting; deploy AI-powered A/B testing for message variation and audience targeting; integrate AI systems with BI tools; build prompt engineering workflows for automated customer and fleet insights; develop AI-assisted insights for internal teams and customer-facing reports
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional GTM pods to adapt strategies based on local market feedback; provide data-driven guidance to external agency partners; translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders; participate in campaign planning and strategy reviews
- Business Intelligence & Data Governance (Long-term Growth Opportunity): Analyze datasets across departments for actionable insights; implement data governance and ensure ERP system hygiene; build custom intelligence tools and dashboards for leadership; develop AI-powered customer insight automation using prompt engineering
- 3–5 years of prior experience in roles like Marketing Analyst, Performance Marketing Analyst, Growth Marketing Analyst, Marketing Insights Analyst, Campaign Performance Analyst, or related.
- B2B or SaaS experience with growth-stage dynamics and demand generation funnels
- Extract actionable insights from complex datasets and make strategic recommendations that drive business decisions
- Experience analyzing A/B tests and optimization experiments to identify growth opportunities
- Build and interpret marketing dashboards and performance reports
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau), CRM systems (Zoho CRM, HubSpot), and performance tracking infrastructure
- Track funnel metrics (MQL → SQL → Opportunity) and understand lead scoring/attribution models
- Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills presenting insights in clear, action-oriented formats
- Manage multiple priorities across time zones
- Naturally curious, experimental, and proactive approach to optimization
Bonus if you also have:
- Paid media analytics experience (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Experience supporting external agencies with data-driven guidance
- Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis, reporting, or automation (ChatGPT, Claude)
- Previous involvement in Growth Pods, Agile teams, or Chapter-based organizations
- Experience with process automation, workflow optimization, or data governance
- Multi-regional campaign analysis experience, especially across LATAM, EMEA, or North America
- Product-led growth experience in onboarding, feature adoption, or customer lifecycle
- Industry exposure to IoT, fleet management, logistics, or mobility technology
- Familiarity with our tools: Zoho One (CRM, Analytics, Campaigns, Flow, Sites, Social), Google Workspace, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini, Zapier, Clay, ClickUp, HubSpot, Marketo, business intelligence platforms (Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
- Working Hours: Fixed 9-hour shift, 8AM-5PM Eastern Time Zone (Toronto time), inclusive of a 1-hour break
- Full-time vs Part-time: Full-time (40 hours/week, plus an additional 5 hours of break time allocated throughout the week). Exclusivity required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- Level: Intermediate (3-5 years of relevant experience)
- Compensation: ~CAD $2,250–$3,000 (CLP 1.5M–2.0M)/month, depending on experience. Structured as a Consultant Agreement (independent contractor), meaning you'll be responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and insurance.
