CONTRACT NON-NEGOTIABLES

• You’re available to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
• You’re comfortable working somewhere between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
• You have outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• You're highly detail-oriented and reliable.
• You have excellent administrative skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced remote environment.

YOUR ROLE

You are a detail-oriented, results-driven professional responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in operational processes. You will ensure campaign success and optimize operations to meet industry standards and organizational objectives.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Supporting quality assurance for our financebuzz.com and allaboutcookies.org domains.
• Maintaining and testing tracking URLs across all campaigns and platforms.
• Reconciling reporting between internal and external tracking platforms.
• Conducting investigations on offer discrepancies and finding resolutions.
• Working closely with the Operations team to ensure QA standards are met.

What You Need To Succeed

• 2-3 years in operations or quality assurance with expertise in digital media advertising.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Postback URL tracking and performance marketing.
• Experience with tracking tools and project management software.
