Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a strategic, creative individual with strong execution skills who enjoys working in dynamic and constantly innovative environments.

Opportunities to working with CMO, Marketing Team.

Areas of Responsibilities in this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Define, execute, and optimize innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive data to identify opportunities and propose action plans.
  • Campaign Management and Execution:
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor 360° campaigns across all channels.
  • Lead the work with creative agencies and media teams to ensure relevant and strategic content that connects with our consumers.
  • Analysis, Indicators, and Reports:
  • Measure the performance of marketing campaigns and actions, generating clear reports and recommendations.
  • Prepare periodic reports to evaluate impact, spending efficiency, and lessons learned.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product, sales, e-commerce, retail, and communications teams to ensure integrated and consistent execution.
  • Marketing Budget Management:
  • Manage the area's marketing budget, ensuring efficient and transparent execution aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Business Engineering professional.
  • At least 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years leading teams.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, multichannel campaigns, and working with media and creative agencies.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools, data interpretation, and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, agile, and multidisciplinary environment.
  • Advanced English
