Marketing Manager - Lynk & Co. and Zeekr
Geely Motor Chile is looking for a Marketing Manager for our Lynk & Co. and Zeekr brands. The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading brand, marketing, and digital strategies, ensuring strong brand establishment, market positioning, customer acquisition, and digital transformation in alignment with headquarters’ direction and local business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the establishment and positioning of the brand in Chile, defining brand strategy and ensuring consistent implementation across all channels.
- Manage and ensure the performance of qualified suppliers, including digital agencies, advertising agencies, influencers, and media partners.
- Plan, organize, and execute major marketing and brand events, including product launches and flagship brand activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the annual marketing plan, including market and industry analysis, target segment definition, and portfolio strategy.
- Define and execute promotion strategies, customer loyalty initiatives, and budget management for marketing activities.
- Lead digital marketing and CRM strategy, including conversion optimization, dashboards, ROI analysis by channel, and dealer network coordination.
- Act as project leader for digital transformation initiatives across distributors, including online sales, automation tools, and customer interaction platforms.
- Ensure image homologation, process control, and continuous improvement of marketing practices, and other duties inherent to the area.
- Responsible for executing and coordinating below-the-line marketing activities to strengthen brand presence, customer engagement, and dealer-level activation.
- Plan and execute BTL activities such as product launches, test drive events, showroom activations, and exhibitions.
- Responsible for coordinating brand communications, media relations, KOL engagement, cobranding initiatives, and PR events to enhance brand visibility, reputation, and alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in automotive communication or marketing roles.
- Proven experience in brand building, marketing planning, and digital initiatives.
- Working experience related to luxury brand is preferred.
- Working proficiency in English and Spanish is required. Chinese is a plus.
