Job Responsibilities:

1、Market Strategy Development and Execution
Develop brand promotion and marketing strategies based on market needs and characteristics to enhance brand awareness and influence.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer demands to propose market expansion plans.

2、Channel Expansion and Management
Responsible for developing and maintaining local distributor networks to ensure steady growth of sales channels.
Evaluate distributor performance and provide support and training to optimize the sales network layout.

3、Brand Promotion and Public Relations Activities
Organize market promotion events such as brand launches, roadshows, and exhibitions to increase brand exposure.
Maintain relationships with local media, government agencies, and industry associations to enhance brand credibility.

4、Digital Marketing and User Operations
Implement digital marketing initiatives including social media, online advertising, and KOL collaborations to strengthen the brand’s digital influence.
Establish and optimize customer management systems to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5、Market Data Analysis and Feedback
Monitor market sales data, advertising effectiveness, and competitor activities, providing valuable market feedback and channel adjustment recommendations to the brand.

6、Perform other tasks assigned by the company and senior management.

Qualifications:

1、Background in marketing or related fields; preference will be given to candidates with 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry.

2、Familiarity with the Chilean or similar markets, with deep understanding of consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and local policies and regulations.

3、Proven experience in localized channel management, including successful cases of distributor network development and maintenance.

4、Excellent brand promotion and PR skills, with strengths in event planning, media communication, and crisis management.

5、Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.

6、Outstanding communication, negotiation, and team management skills; able to efficiently drive cross-department collaboration.

7、Proficiency in Spanish and English for seamless communication with headquarters and local partners.
