Team Overview And Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

Based in Santiago, Chile, reporting to Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for execute our marketing strategy, including trade marketing, market analyses, digital transformation, digital marketing, go-to-market and inbound marketing for Chile and Peru. You will focus on the following activities:

Develop and propose strategies for implementing marketing and external communication actions. Carry out strategic product and market planning, prepare marketing plans, and monitor action plans.

  • Develop and suggest the implementation of communication strategies for the company's various units.
  • Manage client marketing contracts. Create and monitor sales campaigns and collaborative initiatives with clients.
  • Organize technical events and video launches.
  • Coordinate corporate events, communications, and exhibitions (structure and monitoring).
  • Provide support, structure, and follow the script for sales promoters, developing promotional materials (advertisements and POS materials).
  • Manage the marketing department's administrative routine: processes, budget control, order placement, and payments to suppliers.
  • Conduct a needs assessment to improve communication, identifying the characteristics, channels, and specific language for each target audience, addressing their interests and market expectations.
  • Develop and manage suppliers and related activities, such as briefings and reports for the production of materials, videos, and technical content. Social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), Google Analytics and website.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations: 

Graduated in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing.

Knowlegment about Energy and Telecom markets desirable;

Advanced English;

Excellent communication skills;

Be focused on results;

Excellent interpersonal relationship;

Teamwork and Hands-on attitude;

Master of Microsoft Office pack (mainly PowerPoint and Excel);

Knowledge of digital marketing tools are requested, such as Analytics, CRM and SEO concepts.

COPILOT or IA tools.
