LOCATION: Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America , preferably working in hours that align to PT (Pacific Timezone) or ET (Eastern Timezone) . Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Marketing Designer based in Latin America to join our global, cross-functional team at Apply Digital. As a mid-level member of the Marketing Design team, you will report to the Marketing Design Lead based in North America. Your primary focus will be on initiatives coming from our European team, with contributions to North American and Latin American projects as needed.

You will work on a range of projects — creating on-brand design assets that meet the company's quality standards and strategic goals. This includes the Apply Digital website experience, digital marketing assets, internal and business development decks, social media assets, event collateral, and more. We are looking for someone who values collaboration, takes ownership of their work, and is curious about how AI can enhance creative workflows.

What You´ll Do

  • Design visually compelling, on-brand assets for a variety of mediums: website landing pages, social media, pitch decks, internal presentations, event materials, and print collateral, maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with a cross-disciplinary team of Strategists, Motion Designers, Copywriters, and Engineers to translate strategic ideas into focused, well-crafted designs with clear visual narratives.
  • Contribute to and help maintain the Apply Digital website experience, supporting UI design and visual quality assurance tasks.
  • Use and follow the existing atomic design system and brand guidelines, contributing improvements where appropriate.
  • Build and maintain reusable templates and a library of design assets that ensure brand consistency across the region.
  • Support one-off design requests such as one-pagers, credentials documents, event kits, and other marketing collateral as needed by internal teams.
  • Actively incorporate AI tools — including image generation, layout assistance, and content formatting — into your day-to-day workflow to accelerate output and improve efficiency without compromising quality.

Who You Are

  • You are fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing.
  • You are passionate about design, typography, layout, and visual communication, with a strong eye for detail.
  • You manage your time well, juggle multiple projects, and understand the value of staying organized and following a process.
  • You take ownership of your work, ask questions when needed, and hold yourself accountable to delivering high-quality output.
  • You have a solid understanding of brand guidelines and how to apply them consistently across different formats and channels.
  • You strike a healthy balance between craft and speed — you care about quality, but you also know when to ship.
  • You give and receive feedback with openness and curiosity. You love learning, sharing knowledge, and growing as a designer.
  • You are excited about the evolving role of AI in creative work, and actively look for ways to integrate it into your daily tasks.

Qualification And Skills

  • 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual craft across digital and presentation formats.
  • Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop); ability to work efficiently within established design systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Slides, with good familiarity with Google Docs and Sheets.
  • Solid understanding of design principles: layout, typography, hierarchy, color, and visual communication.
  • Experience applying and maintaining brand guidelines consistently across multiple output types.
  • Familiarity with web and UI design concepts; willingness to learn content authoring in a headless CMS (e.g. Storyblok) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Awareness of WCAG accessibility guidelines and a genuine interest in inclusive design.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools — such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or Claude — as part of an active professional workflow.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in digital services, technology, or consulting environments.
  • Exposure to atomic design systems and design tokens.
  • Any additional experience in photo retouching, print design, UX, or motion animation.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted presentation tools such as Gamma or Beautiful.ai.
