Responsabilidades

30% – Creative Project Management and Marketing Communications Support

  • Lead and coordinate creative projects related to the development, localization, and execution of demand creation programs, marketing initiatives, tactics, and campaigns in alignment with the regional ComPlan, working closely with Segment Marketing Managers.
  • Develop, create, and/or localize communication concepts, campaigns, and content to generate demand for MSA products and safety solutions.
  • Manage copywriting, editing, design, and production of multi-channel communication tools and campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Center of Excellence and North America Corporate Communications to adapt and implement branding and corporate communication tools, ensuring global consistency and continuity.
  • Partner with Segment Marketing teams to identify communication needs, coordinate external resources, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality content execution.
  • Write and/or coordinate digital and offline content, adapting tone and style to different audiences while maintaining brand voice.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives through defined KPIs; track, analyze, and report results.
  • Manage and monitor advertising spend per project, maintain accurate records of marketing expenses, and ensure timely processing of marketing invoices with Finance.
  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing teams to integrate digital strategies into campaigns and projects, aligned with product marketing objectives.

25% – Tradeshows and Events

  • Ensure strong and consistent branding presence across all tradeshows and events, including booth presentation, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Coordinate event logistics, materials, timelines, and vendor management to ensure flawless execution.
  • Define product focus and booth communication strategy in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Ensure active participation and alignment of Sales and Marketing during events.
  • Define and coordinate lead capture strategy and post-event follow-up process.
  • Provide on-site support during tradeshows when required.
  • Lead the planning and execution of corporate events and expos for Chile and Peru (e.g., Safety Weeks, Representatives’ Meetings).
  • Manage promotion strategy, visuals, advertising, platforms, agendas, panelist coordination, and data privacy compliance.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, and event platforms.
  • Deliver post-event follow-up, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Develop special event-related content, adapt templates, and support speakers and panelists.

15% – Corporate Communications: Day-to-Day Support

  • Ensure alignment of images, messaging, and content with corporate communications standards for:
  • Product launches and campaigns.
  • Training sessions and presentations.
  • Promotions and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate translations of corporate marketing communications when required.
  • Manage ongoing communication and follow-up with agencies and external partners.
  • Support and execute media plans for Chile and Peru.
  • Maintain and support relationships with strategic partners.
  • Coordinate local ESG communication initiatives.
  • Provide marketing communications support to Sales teams as needed.

10% – Product Launches

  • Support assigned product launches in coordination with Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Corporate Marcom, Marketing Communications Manager, and LAR teams.
  • Manage projects related to launch packages and demand creation campaigns, including media and PR activities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery and execution of launch initiatives.
  • Track progress against plans, follow up on deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.

20% – Marketing Team Support

  • Provide ongoing support to marketing initiatives, programs, campaigns, and product launches focused on demand generation.
  • Collaborate with Segment Marketing teams to identify needs and coordinate with external resources to ensure quality execution.
  • Prepare product releases and short-form written materials as required by Segment Marketing and other stakeholders.

Requisitos

Experience (Required)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or a related function, either within an agency or an internal MarCom department.
  • Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and deadline management.
  • Self-starter with the ability to problem-solve independently and work resourcefully.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Hands-on Marketing Communications experience, including digital marketing, graphic design, and copywriting.
  • Solid professional knowledge of advertising, production methods, and creative processes.
  • Event planning and execution experience.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in standard business tools, including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.

Experience (Preferred)

  • Experience in B2B environments.
  • Previous exposure to international or global collaboration.
  • Fluency in Spanish.

Education (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional education in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • High level of fluency in English and Spanish (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Education (Preferred)

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Travel Requirement

  • Up to 10% travel, as required.

Budgetary Responsibility

  • Experience managing or tracking marketing budgets, advertising spend, and project-related expenses (preferred).
