Responsibilities at Evalueserve

• Collaborate with clients on marketing analytics and data science initiatives.
• Lead and mentor the data science team while promoting data-driven decision making.
• Manage team meetings and influence stakeholders with insights.
• Prepare reports with actionable findings and present to key stakeholders.
• Employ data science techniques to uncover insights and recommend actions.
• Develop machine learning models for various analytical purposes.
• Analyze marketing and customer data for valuable insights.
• Assess marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Ensure data integrity and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• 8-10+ years in retail media and marketing analytics.
• Experience with digital retail media KPIs and ad-tech industry metrics.
• Proficiency with analytical tools like Google Analytics and Python.
• Capability to build ML models for advanced analytics.
