Position Summary

The Marketing Activation Executive plays a key role in executing national marketing initiatives and promotional programs that drive profitable growth and strengthen brand equity.

Responsibilities

• Lead coupon promotion strategies across the Batteries business.
• Manage relationships with coupon vendors and serve as the internal expert.
• Oversee A&P and coupon redemption budgets, including reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure alignment with budgets.
• Manage website vendor relationships and oversee maintenance.
• Support marketing initiatives by coordinating creative assets.
• Maintain access to current marketing assets for Shopper Activation teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for on-time execution of marketing initiatives.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional business experience.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional team skills.
• Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG/FMCG) industry preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
