We are in search of an experienced Finance Professional to help train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to enhance the quality of each model.

We are expanding into an exciting new area: teaching AI Assistant models to become more useful tools for finance professionals. We're seeking experienced finance professionals with advanced degrees (MBA+) or substantial real-world experience to shape how AI understands financial principles and decision-making.

In This Role, You May

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers to questions about macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Utilize your education and work experience to verify the accuracy and reasoning of an AI Assistant's outputs
• Challenge the models with complex, real-world scenarios and edge cases
• Provide structured feedback to make each new version of the AI smarter and more reliable

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
• Assess the accuracy and performance of AI models

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (bilingual-level proficiency)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related reasoning exercises
• A Master's and/or PhD is preferred, but not mandatory
