The Work You'll Do

As a key member of Sovos, you'll ensure the productivity of our operations team managing Production Applications for our Global SaaS Products. You'll oversee performance, stability, and reliability, leading teams in maintaining and sustaining applications.

More Specifically, You Will

• Identify and develop strategies for business information systems needs.
• Provide leadership across a high-growth organization.
• Implement Application Performance Management solutions and manage operative applications.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to develop security solutions for SaaS offerings.
• Partner with technology vendors to enhance operational efficiency.

What We Need From You

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of SaaS experience.
• Leadership experience in operational environments with proven success.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Experience with AWS and Azure DevOps.
