The Technical Services LATAM team, recently established, supports ongoing operations and projects, delivering best practices in performance and strategy across our assets.

The Opportunity

This role is crucial for setting technical standards and ensuring mine services meet project planning objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Governance & Technical Assurance Process
• Ensure guideline compliance and core discipline standardization
• Budget management and compliance
• Conduct TAP and endorse budgets, including risk evaluations
• Manage Resources Development Plans for assets
• Develop project scopes and work plans

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mine Engineering; postgraduate qualifications are a plus
• 20+ years in mining operations and project development
• Strong leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in mining software tools
• Ability to travel up to 30% regionally
• Fluent in English and Spanish
