Job Role

We are looking for a Manager, QA/QC to oversee our Minerals Separation Project Quality team. This role is primarily based in Espoo, Finland, but we also consider candidates from Santiago, Perth, Burlington, or Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Project Quality Manager on selected projects
• Create Project Quality Execution Plans
• Review and approve Supplier's Inspection and Test Plans
• Manage inspections and Quality Notifications
• Coordinate and manage Supplier nonconformities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in material or mechanical engineering
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of quality processes and practices
• Good command of English; other languages are advantageous
