Introduction

We are looking for a proactive and strategic professional to take on a key role in our company. The Aftermarket DM will be a member of the DMO organization, requiring frequent travel to the responsible markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage key distributors for effective market coverage.
• Develop and execute a Business Plan with the dealer.
• Manage distributor inventory levels and drive sales initiatives.
• Provide technical and commercial support to distributors.
• Coordinate training and workshops to enhance distributor capabilities.

Who You Are

• Degree in Commercial, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in distribution channel management.
• Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally; advanced English required.
