About The Role

The CASA Account Executives team is at the heart of Uber Direct's growth, building strong partnerships with key clients across the region. As Manager, you'll lead a regional team that drives high-impact deals, expands relationships, and accelerates Uber Direct's presence in multiple countries.

This role is a mix of strategy and execution: you'll shape the vision, coach and inspire your team, and work closely with cross-functional partners to bring bold ideas to life and scale the business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Account Executives across CASA countries.
  • Design and roll out commercial strategies that unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Drive results by meeting and exceeding revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Oversee the pipeline of strategic deals, ensuring smooth execution and removing roadblocks.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Legal to deliver seamless client launches.

What you'll need

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • A strong track record leading commercial teams with a focus on performance and results.
  • Advanced English, both spoken and written.

Bonus points

  • Experience in logistics, delivery, or eCommerce.
  • Background in complex negotiations and deal-making with large accounts.
  • Hands-on experience working with regional and global leadership teams.
  • Ability to influence and thrive in matrixed organizations.
